- Orders received before the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery starting the next business day.
- Order processing may take up to 7 business days before delivery arrangement.
3. Delivery Arrangement:
- Our professional delivery specialist will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits your schedule.
4. Redelivery Fees:
- If a customer misses the scheduled delivery time, the customer will be responsible for any applicable redelivery fees. We kindly request that you ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed-upon time.
5. Delivery Service Scope:
- Our delivery service includes the transportation of your purchased items to your designated address.
- Please note that our standard delivery service does not include disposal of old mattresses or removal of packaging materials.
6. Terms Revision and Final Decision Rights:
