100 Days Trial Period and Refunds:

  • Our mattresses offer a 30-day trial period.
  • Customers can request a refund after 14 days of receiving the mattress.

2. Refund Conditions:

  • Refund requests are only accepted for mattresses that have been actually used by the customer.
  • Refunds are limited to mattresses in normal usage conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds will not be granted if the mattress is damaged, such as by burning, stains, or intentional damage.

4. Non-Refundable Products:

  • Pillows, mattress toppers, duvets, and any gifts are not refundable.

5. Refund Amount:

  • The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer, not the original price.

6. Return Shipping Fee for Unpacked Mattresses:

  • All returns of unpacked mattresses will incur an additional shipping fee to return the mattress to the warehouse.

7. Deduction of Gift Value:

  • The original price of any gifts will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Terms Revision and Final Decision Rights:

  • StylesMaven reserves the right to revise these terms at any time and has the final decision rights on all refund cases.
